Emerald – One of the twelve stones of the breastplate. “The intensity of the heart” allows for deep emotional sincerity that helps build a relationship of trust and love. Helps develop feelings of brotherhood and unconditional love. Helps cure inflammation, heart problems, and can ease diabetes.

Tree – “for the tree of the field is man’s life” (Deuteronomy 20, verse 19). The tree symbolizes strength, power, stability, development and roots. Man needs to be connected to the ground, to roots, to stability and balance.  Like a wide tree trunk with branches and good fruit embracing the heavens, we devote our lives to creating “fruit” – when we aspire to leave our mark (we too were also here). We invest in our work and our family and expect to enjoy the fruits of our labors. Man strives to return to the Garden of Eden and connect with the Tree of Life – to spirituality, meaning and eternal life.
