Bdereh- Ateva will exchange or accept back any item purchased online through this website as outlined below, provided that the item has not been worn or used, and is returned in its original packaging with no defects or signs of wear and tear, along with the original receipt and/or email confirmation. To initiate the process to return or exchange an item, please contact Bdereh-Ateva by email: derehatevaweb@gmail.com
Bdereh- Ateva products may be returned or exchanged as follows:
- An order can be exchanged or canceled and returned within 14 days following the delivery of the item.
- The item will be sent by you to our address at : Bdereh-Ateva Herzel 70 Beer- Sheva, Israel
- To exchange or cancel your order and return the product, please contact us by phone or email. The cancelation of an order and full refund will be honored on the condition that the item purchased has not been worn or used, and is returned in its original packaging with no defects or signs of wear and tear, along with the original receipt and/or email confirmation. The refund of payment will be provided once the order is received by Bdereh-Ateva. and any related processing fees are deducted that may be required for the return.
- For any special or custom orders, or orders that requested a special personalization, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
- All our products undergo strict quality control measures. However, if there is any damage found upon receipt of an ordered item, please take a picture of the piece as soon as the product is received and contact us by email derehatevaweb@gmail.com If the damage is found to be at no fault of the recipient, the product can be returned for a full refund. If you receive a defective item, Bdereh-Ateva will make every effort to exchange it for a new piece or if necessary, cancel the order and provide a full refund as noted.
